    nice vid :) but u know, u really get used to drinking green tea without honey…at the beginning its kinda gross, but do it for like a week, and then u dont feel like needing something sweet with it… :)

    i usually try to drink it before and during the first part of a workout…….how many cups a day do you need for it to provide the fat burning effect.

    also…i heard putting milk in it lowers the effects of the catechins.

    @succeedingNOW I did the same thing. I could drink the stuff everyday. First few times it was nasty but after a while it started to taste better.

    Make sure the tea you drink is Sencha which is stepped at 180F (water boils at 212F). Sencha is a common green tea in Japan which is like the 2nd harvesting or something of the Tea. Tea is available in grades and I believe Sencha is 2nd best and most cost efficient, but if you want absolutely the best, look no further than Gyokuro.

    now i gotta go out and buy the green tea with the orange, passion fruit, and jasmine cause i bought some green tea before with spearamint in it by zen and i didnt like the taste so it’s just sitting in my cabinet and hopefully that will help in my weight loss ;0)

    I don’t mind the taste…I use Lipton’s Green Tea Packets in my bottled water, it comes in a Mango Mandarin(my fave) and Lemon flavor. Keep in mind that you have to exercise caution if you have high blood pressure because the caffeine will increase it.

    yea i now only drink green tea straight, no additives, i love the taste and the calming spiritual feeling it gives you to drink it this way, i useto turn my cup counter clockwise like japanese people, but i dont know anything about that, heard it from somewhere when i was a kid.

    Be careful when you buy honey from the supermarket. Many cheaper varieties are a mixture of honey and high fructose corn syrup.

    Thank you so much for the review of the fruity teas. I have also been one who detests the taste of tea until I found out two important things: 1. Steep green tea for less than 3 minutes, and 2. Do NOT squeeze out the tea bags! Both can make teas bitter (which was totally my problem). Now, I am off to get the jasmine/passionfruit tea! Thank you!

    Hey!!!! Don’t BUY IT FROM CORPORATIONS MAN!!! You have to go to a natural herbs house and buy the herbs yourself, sorry to say but, termogenesis will only work under those conditions AND FORGET ABOUT SUGAR. Drink it without sugar or with brown sugar (or 100% natural honey). Sugar will kill the weight loss since it’s high in calories and produces fat.

    You need to also, change all your nasty meat, fat, oil, salt, flour and soda habbits, you want to change your body BUT FIRST CHANGE YOUR MIND!
