Exercises to Lose Belly Fat and How to Build Muscle Fast

Once again, Scooby is giving us good clear advice, this time on Exercises to Lose Belly Fat and How to Build Muscle Fast.
What I really like is that he doesn’t hype it up or mess about – just straight honest talking, to the point, and he spells out the harsh reality (‘you’ve got to make some effort if you want to get some results’) of fat loss and muscle gain programs.

Now, wasn’t that good advice on Exercises to Lose Belly Fat and How to Build Muscle Fast – from an expert, who clearly ‘walks the walk’!

Is there really a big difference between using machines vs. Free weights?

  5. nikolasheartagram89 says:

  6. KofataDown says:

@scooby1961 Isn’t that like building a house with half bricks?
How can you build muscle with uncomplete protein?

Hey. I`m doing the teen workout and i have a few questions: If i do the plan 4 times a week it`s something bad? Why aren`t exercises for forearms , legs , back and traps ? If i`m not having a diet but I`m not eating that much and i`m makin` cardio I still can lose weight ?

  8. MagicalCardDude says:

@runek12 Free weights would use more muscle to lift. Rather than a machine which only has a focus on one muscle.

  9. AbsoluteMonarchist says:

Can anyone recommend some sort of device/machine that will make me grow big muscles? I tried lifting weights once but it was really hard work. I need to lose 120 lbs of fat and add 70 lbs of muscle for football next season.

@scooby1961 hi scooby, i have this question which is really embarrassing. I’m addictive to masturbation, I masturbate at least three times a week, I tried to cut it down but it’s not working. Is it bad for you to gain muscle when you do a lot of masturbation?

  14. SiRCoNii92 says:

this is bullshit…I have a friend who gained 9 pounds of muscle in a 12 week program…u would have to be very lazy to only gain 12 pounds in a year

  15. Theoriginalpoorguy says:

3:04 that diagram is really good. Thanks.

  16. ADTT71 says:

Can beans build muscle in the same way meat and dairy can?
I think they lack one of the essential amino acids so they are not complete proteins.

  17. FastRunner1994 says:

Scooby iv recently heard about this new weight gainer called “Russian bear 10000″
and people used it and got bigger would you recommend it ?

    peace bro!

he is also a teenager with unpredictable hormones… and he was very skinny, and is ON CREATINE AND HORMONE BOOSTERS@sounce311 0

Great video Scooby.. loved it! Answered tons of questions that the general population has and not only did you destroy a bunch of myths, but you PROVED WHY it was wrong in the first place and why you are right!

Under 80k views is a dishonor to the amount of work you put into this video and all alike that you make, I wanted to personally thank you for making a difference in the world, not just America.

  20. mgf23 says:

Ah, yes this puts it into perspective; only a fraction of what we eat is actually used to build muscle. That’s minuscule! I guess it reinforces the notion that it is ever-so easy to ‘out-eat’ you exercise. I’m guilty of that sin – time for some dietary revision ;-)

  21. venomXrevolter says:

    5% ON MUSCLE .?? FK U LIFE QQ….

  22. moppheaddd says:

Fat loss and muscle gain generally only occurs at the same time with obese people who have never trained before or people who take anabolics, if you have trained for over 6 months and are under 20% BF then it probably wont work, and is definitely not effective to gain muscle. In a calorie deficit your body will simply burn any protein you ate as energy because it is much easier than dipping into fat stores. Scooby has some good advice but for the most part he is a Brofessor.

  23. JNRdrigz says:

@SiRCoNii92 i dont believe you… and if it happened he was probably a skinny bastard who finally started to work out or take diet seriously. also, one person makes those gains so automatically the whole world goes by those rules.

  24. dfvish says:

Scooby if I use the following ratios: 40 % protein 35 % carbs and 25% fats , can I still gain muscle and loose fat at the same time or do you think I need to use the ratio you have on your video?

  25. bloodhoundgangjon says:

    @TheNerdguy16
